Recharge, Connect, and Explore: Your Whidbey Island Retreat

Take your team out of the office and into the calm, inspiring landscapes of Whidbey Island. Just a short trip from Seattle, the island’s forests, beaches, and quiet coves set the stage for retreats that refresh, energize, and bring people together. Along the way, your group can explore the island’s rich history, observe its unique wildlife, and take a deeper dive into the stories that make Whidbey so special.

We design experiences that get teams outside, moving, and connecting—whether it’s gentle paddles, shoreline explorations, or guided adventures that spark curiosity, reflection, and collaboration. Together with trusted local partners, we help you create retreats that are effortless, memorable, and uniquely Whidbey.

Ideal for Groups of 8–20

I host Physician Leadership retreats on Whidbey Island every year and always schedule an afternoon kayak tour with Whidbey Island Kayaking. They do an amazing job providing a safe outdoor adventure experience for our retreat participants which integrates team work and physical activity. All our physicians tell us it is one of the highlights of the weekend.
