Gain confidence in your ability to help yourself and others during a capsize. This is not an introduction to rescues, but is meant to give paddlers a safe and supportive space to experiment and practice various methods of self and assisted re-entry. Our instructors can help you troubleshoot so you are out of the water and back into your boat faster. This clinic is a wonderful way to refresh the rescues you learned years ago, but haven’t been practicing. Prerequisite required is previous rescue instruction, as in an intro to kayaking class.
