Our Cancellation Policies

Because we keep our group sizes small, respect our team's time and energy, full refunds for cancelled shared guided tours, full-day rentals, and group classes bookings are only given up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity. If you are late for any activity, your payment will be turned into an electronic gift card that can be used at a future time. Be advised that ferry traffic on the weekends, especially during the summer, can include wait times of 1-3hrs, so plan ahead and leave early.


90 Minute Rentals are fully refundable up to 2 hours of the scheduled rental time.

All PRIVATE tours and instruction are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the scheduled activity.


We reserve the right to cancel any trip or rental due to adverse water or weather conditions, including small craft advisory strength winds, heavy and consistent rain, dense fog, and/or unhealthy levels of smoke. If we determine that conditions are unsafe, and we are unable to reschedule your activity, customers will be given the option to have their payment issued as an electronic gift card or a full refund. However, we do not cancel activities because of cloudy skies or light rain showers; you can always rent a paddle jacket from us.

WIK reserves the right to refuse any rentals if we do not have confidence in your trip plan and/or safety precautions.
