Eco-Voyages

This year, Whidbey Island Kayaking Company and Service, Education and Adventure (SEA) have partnered to produce four amazing Eco-Voyages on Puget Sound and the Salish Sea. Come explore Puget Sound, the Salish Sea and the San Juan Islands. Come board the jewel of the Pacific Northwest and our mother ship, the 65-foot vessel Indigo. The Indigo will provide us with a home base during our voyage of discovery and will make daily stops along the way in order to transfer to kayaks and enhance our explorations in a most intimate way.

The IndigoLearn about the wonders that live in these remarkable waters during film presentations and invigorating discussions.

Engage in marine-based citizen science projects and on-board learning rotations. You can also learn about and participate in the navigation and operation of the Indigo and engage in authentic data collection with microplastics and water quality research.

Savor organic meals crafted from locally-grown food and good conversation under the starry sky.
